Detail Itinerary

Day 1: (SAT) Hanoi - Night train to Lao Cai
Our tour will be started at 20:45 at the lobby of the hotel. We will be met by our guide and transferred to the Hanoi Railway station for the overnight train to Lao Cai.

Day 2: (SUN) Lao Cai - Bac Ha Sunday market - Sapa
Up on arrival in early morning at Lao Cai Railway station, we will be met and transferred by our local guide & driver. Having our breakfast at the restaurant near by, we take a little rest for a while and we then drive up to Bac Ha Market. There will be 2 hours driving to the mountainous area but we will be freshening up by the atmosphere and splendid view on the way. Bac Ha market is the largest market in the region where 10 ethnic minority people gather to buy and sell, eat and drink with together. We may choose some homemade handicrafts and clothes, and take a lot of colorful pictures of the Flower H’mong people here. After our lunch at a fine restaurant in Bac Ha. Afternoon time we will have 2 hour trek to Ban Pho village, home of Flower H’mong people. In the village we can have a look in their houses and understand about their lifestyle and traditional customs by very informative tour guide. Especially, we can try homemade wine from corn. Then we will take car again and transfer to Sapa town where our comfortable room is waiting for us.

Day 3: (MON) Sapa - Lao chai - Ta van - Sa Pa - Lao Cai
Our tour will be started after breakfast. We will embark on a lovely trek that will take us along buffalo paths and trails and though several hill tribe villages, Lao Chai and Ta Van, home of the black H’mong and Dzay ethnic minority people. This is an absolutely spectacular walk through stunning scenery inhabited by some of the friendliest people we can meet. Once on the valley floor we can really appreciate the wonderful scenery that surrounds us. The walls of the valley are covered with multi-layered rice terraced fields and scattered villages. Return to Sapa by our waiting vehicle. In the afternoon we transfer back to Lao Cai Railway station for a night train to Hanoi. Trekking distance 10 km

Day 4: (TUE) Hanoi
Up on arrival in Hanoi very early morning, we transfer back to our hotel.

Meals

If you have any special requirements for food (vegetarian, vegan, food allergies) please kindly inform us in advance so that we can server you better. Our meals always listed as specified in the tour itinerary.

Breakfast - Breakfast is usually at the hotel and it would be a western style buffet or continental breakfast. We try to ensure that a choice of western and Vietnamese breakfasts are supplied, however there may be only Vietnamese breakfast is prepared in some remote places.

Lunches - Lunches are normally arranged at the Vietnamese restaurants near the scenic spots. Your tour guides will order food according to your appetite. Most are Vietnamese dishes, and some are modified to fit westerners' tastes. Drinks are normally not included in the meal.

Dinner - Same as lunch. If you prefer to not eat Vietnamese, Viet Vision Travel suggests you have dinner on your own. Your local tour guide can recommend some good western restaurants in the area.
