The guides were all willing and capable in explaining things, in very good French, which made things so ugh easier for all of us.

We are glad we had the chance to change our beach time resort during our stay as it was clearly too cold in Hoi An.

Located on the Hill side overlooking to Xuan Huong lake, Empress hotel is an extraordinary property features a mere 19 rooms and suites and has an almost B&B ambiance or the feel of a plush Mediterranean villa. Though not as luxurious as the Dalat Palace, the Empress is not as pretentious either.
