Booking hotel and resort on our web site is based on Pre-Payment Basis. We would require full prepayment upon confirmation of availability. The price is cash price, payment by Master and Visa Card will incur 2, 75%. We confirm your hotel booking within 24 hours.

When you make Vietnam hotels or resorts reservation with us, the following term and condition will be applied:

Unless otherwise specified, hotel room rates in our website are quoted in US dollars. The room rates are for single, double or triple occupancy, including daily breakfast, 5% service charge and 10 % government taxes (VAT) but excluding other miscellaneous charges.

All Prepaid Hotels & Resorts are subject to the following cancellation charges:

> 60 days No charge, however US$10 administration charge per booking will be forfeited
> 30-60 days before arrival: 10%
> 14-30 days before arrival: 40%
>  14 days before arrival: 100 %
