What a trip you orgainzed for us. Thank you very much - the trip was amazing and my daughter and I ahave fallen in love with Vietnam. Everything reached beyond our expectations. The Sampan cruise was wonderful and the guide Fe was a wonderful guide and very interesting and was able to answer all our questions.

Hello Nhung,

I am writing to thank you for organizing the tour for us in Ho Chi Minh city.

We all had a good time. The guide, Mr. Co and the driver, Mr Chao looked after us very well. It was a pity that our time in Saigon was very short owing to the heavy traffic and long drive to and from the port. However, we were touched by some of the sights that we saw, especially, the military museum. We hope that we get the opportunity to visit Vietnam again in the future.

We would like to thank Mr. Co and Mr.Chao for looking after us. Please also pass on the photo to them. Thank you again for organising the tour.

Dear ms. Thu Ha,

Now we are at the Danang Airport waiting for our flight.

We continued our stay at Palm Garden.Yes I thought the hotel was very good and they really did a great job considering that the typhoon was so strong! I believe the center of it came ashore very close to us. We were lucky that we were able to stay in our room. The guests with rooms closer to the beach were moved to the meeting room and that did not look pleasant at all. I was surprised that the hotel kept electricity and Internet mostly, and that they had the full breakfast this morning.

Yes Mr Anh kept in contact and coordinated with us nicely.

we are just arrived from our honeymoon, trying to organize things at our new home and changing all stuff little by little.

During the days we spent in Hanoi we looked at all the travel agencies we found to check if it was Vietvision, we always forgot to copy the address so we couldn't find it! It would have been nice to meet you.

Dear Tan, Huong, Ha and Dao,

Well what can I say apart from “Thanks for the memories”? What a fantastic trip!

To bring 54 school boys (particularly when they are 15-16 years of age) to a foreign country is always a daunting proposition but with Viet Vision Travel it was made so easy. When I was organising the logistics of this trip in Australia I knew that the key to its success was to procure the services of a travel company who not only had an intricate knowledge of Vietnam but who would above all put the safety of our boys as their Number 1 priority. Now when looking back on our successful adventure I can say with a resounding certainty that Viet Vision certainly delivered everything that was promised.

All facets of our Cultural Tour were brilliant. The accommodation, food, modes of travel and Tour Guides were all first class. Our national guide, Anh Tan was without doubt the most likeable and focussed individual I have ever met. By the end of the trip he knew the names of all our students’ and had built such a rapport with each that it seemed he had known them for years. Tan’s ability to sense what the boys wanted was uncanny. When at times the boys felt like Western food we would miraculously appear at KFC or a shop which sold Pringles, biscuits and the like. This subtle ability to empathise with the whims of the Western teenager is what helped to ensure the success of a trip of this magnitude. Anh Tan was never inflexible, insisting that we stick to the itinerary. If I asked for something to be changed or altered to suit our group it was done. No complaining, “No problem” ( “khong sao dau” ).

Probably the most pleasing aspect about my dealing with Viet Vision was their focus on student safety. Everything from crossing the road, swimming in Bays and resort pools to the eating of local cuisine was discussed before travel and Viet Vision have measures which they put into place to minimise any potential risk. Vietnam is a very safe and friendly country to visit and with Viet Vision as the travel operator it is made even more so.

In summary I have no hesitation in recommending Viet Vision to anyone who is considering a trip to Vietnam. If Viet Vision can organise an unbelievable trip for 54 school students and 6 staff members then they can organise a trip for anyone.

As I stated earlier, ‘Thank you, Viet Vision, Thanks for the memories’.

Dear Ha,

It is about a month since we returned from our fantastic trip to Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.

Forgive me for taking such a long time to thank you for all your hard work in putting together such an immense trip. We loved it all (maybe not the overnight train), the guides and drivers were all superb and made our trip really special. They did all that was asked and made us feel very much at home in your wonderful countries. The accomodation was exactly as asked the only downside was the accomodation in Cat Tien National Park. Nikki spoke to the manager there and will cc you in when she writes to the man. Pakse Hotel although very clean did not live up to its description on its website. Apart from those very minor points everything else went like clockwork. Phu Quoc Island was a really good place to end our trip and we hope they do not over develop it and spoil it.

Many thanks again and be assured that if any of our friends want to come to Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. I shall put them in touch with you.
