Dear Julia,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all the arrangement done for us. Me and my family are very happy with the services provided by both the tour guide and also the bus driver. The tour guide is very informative and helpful in anything. We cant say much more except to thank him for being so caring and nice to us throughout the whole trip. As for the bus driver, we would say he is a very careful and cautious driver, we felt safe and had a great ride throughout the whole trip. All to all, everything is well planned and arranged. Once again, thanks for your time and effort in arranging all these for me and my family.

Hi Mrs. Ha,

Many thanks for arranging this trip for our family - we enjoy it so much specially the kids, unfortunately we can't see any rice field in tam coc as we seen in the picture as it's not in harvest time... ;-)

I like weather in Hanoi but more in Tam Coc most in Halong City, seems like less polluted and colder weather.
Your guide is very helpful and accommodate to our needs as well - the driver a bit quiet but courtesy (maybe because he can't speak English as we can't speak your language as well)

Feel like want to come back again sometime in the future ;-) -
However the only thing i don't like is 3 hours flight from Singapore (i didn't enjoy flight at all) - i wish Hanoi can be reached by train/car or boat so i don't have to take air flight ;-)

Thank you for just a fabulous job of arranging our itinerary for my family to Viet Nam and Cambodia. I have already recommended you to our Seattle friends, Dick Footh and Millie (see email below).

You did just an outstanding job of arranging the perfect itinerary. It was well balanced, as we enjoyed enough free time and activities for our sons which included swimming, snorkeling and kayaking in Halong Harbor outside of Hanoi, a trip highlight. The junk boat was a real treat; we enjoyed being aboard the Calypso. The caves of Halong Harbor were exceptional. Next time, we would like a 2-day cruise.

The trip to Angkor Wat, Cambodia was another highlight as the 900-year old temple complex was absolutely fascinating. The tuk-tuk’s to the market downtown was a real adventure and the fact that all transactions in Cambodia are traded in U.S. dollars was very helpful.

All the tour guides were great, especially Wuti in Angkor Wat who was just exceptional in his knowledge and his command of the English language. We especially appreciated you arranging our airport pickup at the Hanoi airport on our return from Cambodia and also our airport transfer from the hotel in Hanoi. In summary, you could not have done a better job! We loved every minute. Just one comment: I would recommend a different hotel in Nha Trang as it wasn’t quite up to standards.

The hotel in Can Tho Victoria Hotel, Siem Reap Hotel , Prince d Angkor are excellent . The guide in Siem reap and in Ho Chi Minh City are very good person and very helpful . All the restaurants we or your choices very good.

Thankyou for organising the whole trip for us. It was excellent. Having the local guides and drivers was excellent as they shared their stories about war, family life and culture. We have loved the three countries, Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. We wished we had more time as we would like to have gone to another place in Laos as beautiful. The dinners and lunches that were included were fantastic except for the lunch on the Island in the Mekong Delta. I thought I would let you know. The hotels were great. Don’t suggest these 2 hotels to people. I thought I would let you know as if people don’t tell you, you won’t know.

We loved meeting you and thankyou for letting us pay on arrival. Thank you for your wonderful organisation of the trip etc. To see our name at each airport was fantastic and then to be guided and taught things by the wonderful guides was excellent. I have already told a person about your company and you.

On 26 December we arrived in Vietnam for the start of our Vietnam Highlights tour. We had fourteen of the most memorable days and the most enjoyable. We loved Vietnam and all the people we met. Your guides and drivers were marvellous and I cannot speak highly enough of them. They took us to places we never expected to see and we saw some of the beautiful country that is Vietnam.

Dear Huyen Anh,

We just wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic time in Cambodia and Vietnam on the itinerary that you prepared for us. The guides were really great, punctual, friendly, very knowledgeable (particularly Vanna in Siem Reap) and very considerate (especially Setavi in Phnom Penh and Lok in Hanoi) of us and our needs especially as we were travelling with little ones.

The choices of hotels and sights to see were great and I really appreciate the flexibility that there was in the itinerary right up to the last minute - it all worked out really well. It was good to have our own dedicated vehicle so we could bring whatever we needed for the day with us and not worry about it as the driver looked after it and the cool water and towels were very welcome after a hot and sweaty walk around temples and other sights.

We were particularly impressed with the high quality of Paradise Cruise and the hotels that we chose (252 in Phnom Penh and Paradise in Hanoi) were very good and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to others for future use.

Once again, thank you very much for creating a memorable and hassle free holiday for us. It is the first time we have used a travel agent and had so much organised for us and it will be a difficult habit to break now! I have already passed your details on to several other families in Brunei who are looking to go on similar trips.

I am writing to thank you for organizing the tour for us in Ho Chi Minh City.

We all had a good time. The guide, Mr. Co and the driver, Mr Chao looked after us very well. It was a pity that our time in Saigon was very short owing to the heavy traffic and long drive to and from the port. However, we were touched by some of the sights that we saw, especially, the military museum. We hope that we get the opportunity to visit Vietnam again in the future.

Now we are at the Danang Airport waiting for our flight.

We continued our stay at Palm Garden.Yes I thought the hotel was very good and they really did a great job considering that the typhoon was so strong! I believe the center of it came ashore very close to us. We were lucky that we were able to stay in our room. The guests with rooms closer to the beach were moved to the meeting room and that did not look pleasant at all. I was surprised that the hotel kept electricity and Internet mostly, and that they had the full breakfast this morning.

Yes Mr Anh kept in contact and coordinated with us nicely.

During the days we spent in Hanoi we looked at all the travel agencies we found to check if it was Vietvision, we always forgot to copy the address so we couldn't find it! It would have been nice to meet you.

Dear Ha,

It is about a month since we returned from our fantastic trip to Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.

Forgive me for taking such a long time to thank you for all your hard work in putting together such an immense trip. We loved it all (maybe not the overnight train), the guides and drivers were all superb and made our trip really special. They did all that was asked and made us feel very much at home in your wonderful countries. The accomodation was exactly as asked the only downside was the accomodation in Cat Tien National Park. Nikki spoke to the manager there and will cc you in when she writes to the man. Pakse Hotel although very clean did not live up to its description on its website. Apart from those very minor points everything else went like clockwork. Phu Quoc Island was a really good place to end our trip and we hope they do not over develop it and spoil it.
