Up on arrival in Saigon, we will be met at the airport, transfer to hotel. Check in and relax. Tonight we have dinner in a fine restaurant in Saigon.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) Tour – Cu Chi Tunnel
Accommodation: Sapphire hotel
Sites visited: Former Presidential Palace, North Dame Cathedral, General Post office, War Museum, Ben Thanh Market, Cu Chi tunnel
After breakfast we depart our hotel for the Reunification Palace, the former Presidential Palace for the president of the South of Vietnam.
After that, we will visit War Remnant Museum, where we can see countless artifacts, photographs and pictures documenting about the second Indochina war. Before our lunch, we stop at Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post. In the afternoon we will depart Saigon for visiting the legendary Cu Chi tunnel.

Day 3: Mekong Delta – Cai Be Floating market – Ho Chi Minh Fly to Danang (B, L)
Transfer via: Vietnam Airlines HCM city – Da Nang

At 08:00am, we transfer to Cai Be for our visit to floating market and island. The program will start with the visit of Cai Be colorful floating market cruising among local barges full of fruits and vegetables. Then, an optional stop can be made at local workshops where we can see how rice paste, coconut candy and pop-rice, pop-corn is made. The rowing boat will take us deeper into the countryside on smaller canals and to enjoy the peaceful time. It is so interesting to see traditional houses made of wood and palm tree leaves and see some activities of the local farmers with an opportunity to make contacts with them and see how they catch fish… Lunch will be served at local house. After lunch, we can walk around and then we will enjoy some kinds of fruits when listening to the traditional music. One more thing to do in this trip is biking! It will be so amazing to bike on village paths to see the local farms, houses, real life and the ancestral ways to pick up fruits in Mekong Delta. The cruise will end at Vinh Long city where we take our own vehicle back to Tan Son Nhat airport (Ho Chi Minh City airport) to take our short domestic flight to Danang. After 1 hour flight, we will be welcome by our local tour guide at Danang airport then transfer to Hoi An. Checking in hotel and overnight in Hoi An.

Today, we have a morning walking tour in Hoi An town – one of the World Culture Heritages of Vietnam. This quaint riverside town still boasts a wealth of century’s old traditional architecture. The influences of several Asian cultures can be seen in the old houses and waterside buildings. It is also famous as a place to be instantly created inexpensive tailored outfits. Day 5: Hoi An transfer to Danang – Fly to Hanoi (B, L)

Site visited: Museum of Ethnology, Ho Chi Minh city Mausoleum (outside), Museum, Temple Of Literature, One Pillar Pagoda, Cyclo Tour, Water Puppet show
After breakfast, we depart Hoi An for Danang airport to take our short flight to Hanoi. We will be welcome up on arrival by local tour guide and driver in Hanoi, we then transfer to city center to visit one of the most interesting museums in Vietnam; Museum of Ethnology, which is widely acknowledged as the best in the country and has an extensive display dedicated to Vietnam’s 54 Ethnic minority people.
After the museum, we transfer to a local restaurant for our lunch before checking in hotel at midday.

In the afternoon, we visit Ho Chi Minh Complex, where we will spend a couple of hour to visit: outside Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum, his former stilt-house residence, the Presidential Palace, the Ho Chi Minh museum and one pillar pagoda. Keep going to see the Temple of Literature: Originally built as a temple to Confucius, this is the site of Vietnam’s first university dating back to 1070. The temple highlights the importance that Vietnamese society placed then and now on education.
In the rest of the day, we take one-hour cyclo around the Old Quarter, known as the 36 streets, this bustling area of narrow streets is home to literally thousands of small businesses and shopkeepers. Before we go back to hotel, we will have chance to enjoy the unique Water Puppet show to hear to know Vietnamese traditional instruments and singing from the live musicians who play throughout the show.

Day 6: Hanoi – Hoa Lu & Tam Coc – Hanoi
Sites visited: Hoa Lu ancient capital, Tam Coc caves

We leave Hanoi for Hoa Lu, which was the capital of Vietnam since the 10th century. We will spend about one hour here to visit the King Dinh and King Le temples.
We then move on to the picturesque setting of Tam Coc. After lunch we take a 2 hour rowing boat trip along the Boi River. This makes for a truly unforgettable experience. There is an overnight stay at a hotel in Hanoi.
